DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE SHOOT?

Neither the Real Estate Agent or Home Owner need to be present during the shoot. In most cases, it takes several angles along with trial and errors to make the best shot possible - a time consuming process that you don't have to be involved in.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNOVER TIME?

The average turnover time is between 2-3 days depending on the package and add-ons for the property. There is also a Rush Delivery option if needed within less than 12 hours.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE SHOOT?

Before the shoot, it is a good idea to sweep, vacuum, dust, put away trash and excess items, and open all currents and blinds. Some other things to consider is to place small decretive items on the walls, counters, coffee table, etc. Please make sure that there are clear instructions on how to get to the property along with instructions on how to get in and lock up afterwards.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY PICTURES I NEED?

We believe a good starting point is listed below:

     2/photos per bedroom

     1/photo per bathroom

     3/photos per living area

     5/photos for exterior

     3/drone photos

     2/photos for garage
